How We Ship

• Captmacks.com ships via Federal Express (FedEx) and fees are based on FedEx Ground rates.
• Customers can specify other carriers however, there may be additional charges if the alternate carrier imposes a higher rate. Please contact us if you wish to use a carrier other than FedEx.
• Parcels that exceed FedEx weight or size restrictions may also be subject to some additional fees.

Expedited Shipping

• Captmacks.com also offers expedited shipping upon request. The customer will be responsible for overnight or next day shipping fees.

Return Exceptions

• Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. Any product(s) that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
